PIG is an Improv Venue and School. We have shows every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8pm $5 Dedicated to building a community of improvisers in Providence. Performers, we will give you stage. Students, we will give you a classroom. Providence, we are here to entertain.
Hotel Dolce Villa is a unique boutique hotel in Providence, Rhode Island. The old world exterior combined with the bright trendy interior gives the hotel a mixed personality of country-side Italy and South Beach, Florida, inviting diverse crowds from all over the world. Hotel Dolce Villa is located on charming DePasquale Plaza on historic Federal Hill- the “Little Italy” neighborhood in Providence, RI. Gianfranco Marrocco, the owner, also owns many other successful businesses throughout the city. With Marrocco’s business experience, expectations and standards were set high when Hotel Dolce Villa was preparing for its grand opening and those standards haven’t changed yet. All rooms feature memory-foam beds and some have pull-out sofa beds. All room feature free WI-FI, some units have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, dishware and flatware. All have hair dryers and personal amenities, a closet, and some units have a safe for valuables. Some units also include gas-fired fireplaces with timer controls. The hotel is located directly next to Blend and many other restaurants, giving our guests diverse meal choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Throughout the space of Public, a modernist sensibility is blended with a classic American, Newport mansion drawing room theme. It’s design is inspired by the existing architecture of the Masonic Temple and it’s Rhode Island Capital Statehouse neighbor. Public’s masculine and warm setting will be a meeting place for hipsters and Senators alike.
