Located right outside the city, Brighton Music Hall is a compact, standing-room-only venue featuring performances by alternative, indie & local bands.
At Totto Ramen we offer a delicious alternative to pork based soups, specializing in rich and surprisingly creamy chicken broth ramen. Pork belly lovers, fear not, as we top each bowl with slices of perfectly fatty char siu seasoned with our special sauce and torched right before your eyes. Handmade, straight noodles are served al dente style in all but our Totto Miso Ramen, which is paired with a thicker, wavier noodle to compliment the richness of the broth. Also available is our Vegetable Ramen, with a delicate yet flavorful broth made from shiitake mushroom and kombu, topped with only the freshest of seasonal vegetables. Simple and delicious Paitan Ramen. Rich and fulling Miso Ramen. Hot and hotter Spicy and Extreme Spicy Ramens. Flavorful Totto Vegetable and Spicy Totto Vegetable Ramens.
