Andy Mitrelis is known in this area for building and running great restaurants up and down Thayer Street. Andy has learned since 1966 that the key to a successful business is to produce great food while providing a fair price. Andy and his family work hard to succeed in this goal and this is why the Metrelis family are successful at what they do. Andy has had the Better Burger Company in mind for many years and in 2010 opened the doors for the first time. Andy knows to get great tasting food you have to use great product. This is why the Better Burger Company only use fresh buns baked at a local bakery made with no preservatives and fresh whole ingredients to get the flavors that only come with freshness. Andy and his family use their experience and love for the industry to bring flavors and freshness normally only received at fine dining establishments. This is why many items on the menu are hand made. From the freshly made salads to many of the burgers, like the salmon, falafel, black bean, vegetarian, and farmers lamb burger. The Metrelis family also knows the importance of value. This is one reason Andy wanted to open the Better Burger Company, "give the best food, at the best value, at a fast food pace."
