All of our salsas, guacamole, hot sauces and crema are made in house from our own time-tested recipes, and it’s obvious at the first bite. We have no problem accommodating dietary or personal preferences when preparing your food. Our fresh, made to order menu makes it easy for us to adjust a meal for your needs. This menu includes gluten-free and dairy-free options as well, and is the perfect way to enhance your next event with great food. We can even deliver your catering order right to your door if given 48 hours notice. Whether it’s a single taco or lunch for 200, we put the same amount of love, care and attention to detail in to everything we make.

Qualifying Round To qualify you must to eat 15 Habanero Chili Peppers in 15 minutes and keep it down for 15 minutes. You will be allowed to bring a beverage while you are competing, though it’s not recommended. Feel free to bring friends to cheer you on and help you get home afterwards.
Wrestling masks, elaborate costumes and squads of Cheerleaders have appeared in past years
Once qualified you will be given a seat at the May 1st Finals and a Limited Edition 2015 Fiery Fifteen Tee Shirt.
The Finals

This is a test of endurance and stamina and poor judgment. All finalists are placed around a table we precede chili after chili till the last man/woman is standing. You will have 2 minutes to eat each pepper; if you can’t move to the next pepper you will be eliminated. We begin with mild peppers and progress to hotter and hotter peppers with some surprises toward the end.
The winner the last man/woman standing is declared 2015 Chili Pepper Eating Champion will receive local notoriety, an embarrassingly large trophy and most importantly a free burrito a day for a year.
The runner ups for each of you who compete but don’t qualify will receive the respect of their friends and $15 gift cards for coming to the finals.
*If you fail to qualify you are welcome to attempt it again the following week. No Additional fee required
